AI Agent Competition by Open Mobile Hub
First, some housekeeping items: we are moving all communications regarding this competition to a new email: showcase@openapplab.org. After October 10, we will no longer be able to receive messages sent to the current showcase@openmobilehub.com email address. Please use the new email in the future. We also have some important updates for you, and will need an email response ASAP. 1. Competition Order & Time Slots To ensure fairness, smooth flow, and enough time for all teams to present, the hackathon will follow a structured time schedule. Participation Confirmation: In order to guarantee a time slot, all teams must reply to confirm their participation by the end of Friday, October 3, 2025. Teams who do not confirm by this date may not be included in the schedule. Submission Deadline (Before Event): All presentation slides and demo code must be submitted before October 11, 2025. Late submissions may not be accepted for judging. Demo & Presentation Rounds (Event Day – October 11, 2025, 1–4pm Pacific): Each team will be assigned a time slot for demo and presentation. 2. Participation Format Online Participation: Participants joining remotely should use the following Google Meet link:

Teams will present their slides and demos via this link.
Onsite Participation:
Onsite participants will present in person.
They may also join the Google Meet link above to share slides or demo content for judges and remote participants.
3. Demo Code Submission (Optional)

4. Presentation (PowerPoint) Submission
Deadline: Submit by October 11, 2025, 12:00am Pacific.
The earlier you submit, the better so we can plan how long each team has to present.
